Nearly a decade ago, I traded city life for the coast. While living in Bournemouth, I purchased my first investment property in London in 2017 and took on my first refurbishment project. Once the renovations were complete, I let it out as a HMO, marking the start of my journey in property.

After selling my property, my family and I found ourselves searching for temporary accommodation. It quickly became clear that high-quality short-term rentals were in short supply across the South.
